Is time management just wasting time?
Most time management systems are just another way of wasting time.
I've tried every time management in existence; I even wrote a book on time management in the 1990s, and I've developed a "write more" class which helps writers with time management. In the class, I encourage writers to just WRITE -- the time management aspect will take care of itself. You will always have time to write what you really want to write.
Although I should know better, I'm constantly trying out new time management strategies. Yes, I'm well aware at basically this is just procrastination, but since I'm a quasi expert in the area, I do need to keep up. :-)
Anyway, after another journey with a useless time management system, I'm pleased that my own theory (writers just need to write) is confirmed yet again. And no, I won't tell you which system I tested -- I don't want to give it any free publicity.
